i3 Realty is a professional real estate company located in Charlotte , NC , serving clients in the metro Charlotte area. Many people ask where the name i3 came from and the answer is quite simple; it came from listening. After listening to clients' and other agents' dissatisfaction regarding the current perception of the real estate industry it was unanimous three aspects were missing from the profession, intelligence, innovation, and integrity . After hearing these themes repeatedly, we decided to create our own firm, with those three ideas as our primary objectives.
